Hatha Yoga Mat Class

When :                                    Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:30 -2:30 pm

Where:                                    Studio Terre Happy, Marigot

What do I need?                    Towel or pareo, water bottle, face mask, personal mat if you have  one, studio mats are available on loan

Price :                                     30€ drop in or reduced rate with membership

Reservations:                         After registration, the B Sport app allows you to manage your reservations.

Directions :                             Terre Happy Studio in Marigot, past the supermarket the Mono Shop in the former CAVE de Marigot. Renamed as the Centre d’affaires Marigot, take the cobblestone driveway to the parking. The building entrance is on the side. The studio is located at the end of the corridor, last door.

The studio offers yearly memberships giving access to all group classes in yoga, fitness and dance at a reduced rate.
Pending availability, drop-ins are 30€ per class. As space is limited to ensure Covid-mindful security measures, please reserve beforehand. Payments are made directly to studio

Water Yoga Classes

When :                                    Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 am  – 12:30 pm                                                              

Where:                                    At St. Jean Beach by Nikki Beach restaurant

What do I need?                    Bathing suit, 2 water noodles, sun protection, water and a towel

Price :                                     35€ per student

Super Saturday Hike and Water Yoga

BY RESERVATION ONLY

When :                                    Discovery nature hikes Saturdays from 7 – 9 am followed by Water Yoga  9:30-10:30 am

Where:                                    For Hike; Different itinerary every week; meeting place at Mayas to Go in St. Jean at 7; Nikki Beach for Water Yoga at 9:30 am

Price:                                      Only hike  70€,  only water yoga  35€,  both activities 90€

Meditation Circle

When :                                    Every Thursday from 7 – 8 pm

Where:                                    Anglican Church, church center in Gustavia

What do I need?                    Face mask
