Remote work makes long-distance sessions a viable option for beginning or continuing your personal growth adventure, particularly after intense 1-to-1 work with Diana or after a workshop when you are looking to integrate the teachings.

During the first half of the session, you unzip and narrate your current issues. During the second half, you’ll go over the story with Diana point by point to clarify, organize and put solution-based action into play.

Along the way, you’ll examine the physical, mental, and spiritual obstacles and opportunities that present themselves and creatively explore how to best navigate through them to align your mindful choices to the journey you’ve chosen.
