Group Water Yoga at Nikki Beach in Saint Jean

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11h30-12h30
 Please bring a towel , 2 water noodles, and be sure you have sun protection for eyes and head.

Group Hatha Yoga Classes at Institut Venus in Gustavia, 35 rue de la République

Bring your own mat.
Mat rental – 2 euros.
Other yoga props are provided for you.
Monday and Wednesday – 7-8h30 Tuesday and Friday from 13h-14h30.
Thursday from 17h-18h30.

Group Meditation at the Anglican Church center from 19h-20h

Open to practitioners of all levels including beginners Free.

Super Saturday Hike- Rando weekend

Sat. 7-9h.
60 euros per person, minimum 3 participants.
Please bring sun protection, water bottle and wear good hiking shoes.
