Les gestes justes en matière d’hygiène de vie se communiquent, s’apprennent, s’appliquent et se transmettent. Ces méthodes pratiques, modernes ou ancestrales, nous aident à enrichir notre expérience humaine vers une réalisation de complétude. Quelque soit l’expression artistique, au delà de la maitrise technique, c’est la sensibilité de l’artiste, sa créativité et son engagement qui nous emmènent en voyage à la découverte de notre propre expérience.

L’art que je pratique est le développement personnel, son univers et la connaissance de soi. Mes outils sont la conscience, la respiration, le mouvement et l’intention et ils s’expriment sur un plan physique, mental, émotionnel et spirituel. L’art thérapeutique que j’ai élaboré se conjugue autour de l’axe central qui est le bien être et est composé de plusieurs branches qui définissent pour moi Art of Self Care :

- Pratique et enseignement du yoga en cours privés et collectifs, stages programmés tout au long de l’année ou élaborés « sur mesure ». - Pratique et enseignement de la méditation, de techniques et méthodes aidant à cultiver une relation approfondie avec soi même. - Consultations transpersonelles de développement personnel sur place ou à distance. Ces techniques multi-dimensionelles s’adressent à la plasticité du cerveau, la gestion de stress et la libération des charges émotionnelles. Elles explorent et accompagnent l’être dans son devenir en transformation, évolutif vers une découverte de soi. -Les cours en plein air, tel le Aqua Yoga, qui travaille tout le corps en dynamique, et les randonnées pour découvrir la beauté de l’île.

Je met 30 ans d’expérience dans l’enseignement du yoga, de la méditation et du travail trans-personnel à votre disposition. J’ai la profonde conviction que ces outils thérapeutiques sont des puissants alliés de l’aventure et l’éveil humain. Dans l’attente du plaisir de les partager avec vous

When Diana coordinated the Mind, Body and Spirit program for Cap Juluca, Anguilla, and I handled public relations for the hotel, we worked very closely on both independent and group press visits. Understanding what the media wanted, she was always totally cooperative and flexible, giving more than 100% to both the press who participated in the program and also to other hotel guests. Diana always went out of her way to ensure that clients were totally satisfied with the program’s components. In addition, those who participated in her yoga classes almost always remarked that they were the best they’ve experienced.

I first met Diana in 1991 for my first “Coming Home” session after experiencing two traumatic events, losing my life partner and surviving an attack by two Rothweillers.

I remember to this day the depth of this first session with her.

We next met when I moved in July of 1995 to St Barth to manage St-Barth Isle de France (now Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France). The St-Barth Isle de France guests who started with Diana 24 years ago still search her out when they return to St Barth. Diana, who has taught and mentored many of the yoga teachers now giving classes on island, continues to grow as a person, a teacher, a counselor. She is gentle and fiercely loyal , full of compassion and empathy, with the talent to express herself in all the forms she uses to teach.

Love Story for the Nervous System. Chapter 28. « I had to take my car in for an annual inspection this morning. I was also waiting on the results of some blood work. It can take a while, or sometimes take a deadline or an ultimatum before we really look at what needs to be addressed. These energetic puddles are usually places that past fears or survival strategies had us shy away from. Paradoxically, it is when we stop avoiding ourselves and lean in for a closer look that we can move out of paralysis, inaction, ambivalence or helplessness and start to come up with a plan for change. There is power in this. We can start to move out of low grade worry and anxiety over what we are avoiding or putting off, and free up that energy to assess, then mobilize the resources we need to carve a better path. I invite you to take a sweeping look at your inner landscape. What needs more attention? What is begging for a change? How can admitting that a problem exists move you from denial into empowerment ? »

« Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and it gets me to thinking about love and the nature of relationship. For me, one of the most precious teachings of the Tao, of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is the Yin & the Yang, bound in a dynamic, ever -changing expression of matter as it arises, and how one thing engenders another. Do you know the moment that your in-breath becomes the out-breath? It’s a fascinating process to immerse oneself in, to be mindfully swept into the higher stages of yoga. A punch that comes out of left field. A bill you weren’t expecting. Whatever it is you didn’t see coming can send you into a tail spin, into trauma response, into drift mode. When you notice that you’re not feeling like yourself, that you feel foggy or disoriented, try this simple practice for grounding . It’s not a mental practice, but a physical one. Notice where you are in space. What is around you? What are you feeling? What are you not feeling? Where is that happening in the body. Coming back to your breath, slowing it down, making it deliberate and conscious is a simple, accessible tool for regulating your nervous system and getting you back home safe and sound. »
